FASD Center for Excellence
The FASD Center for Excellence is a Federal initiative housed under the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The Center is devoted to preventing and treating FASD and provides information and resources about FASD, as well as materials that can be used to raise awareness about FASD. The NCTIS and Fetal Alcohol Prevention Proram is funded through SAMHSA, and works closely with the FASD Center for Excellence in the prevention of FASD in North Carolina.
